We are passionate therapists who use an alternative and holistic approach to help clients achieve body rebalance and healing. With several international qualifications, our degrees include: Diploma Remedial Massage, Bachelor Therapeutic and Sports Massage, Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement, Exercise & Science (Hon)), Bachelor of Applied Science (Neuromuscular Physical Therapy (Hon)), Bachelor of Science (Exercise Physiology-Kinesiotherapy), Bachelor of Science (Hon) Acupuncture. We are also certified therapists of several Eastern massage styles: Thai, Shiatsu, Ayurveda, LomiLomi & Neuromuscular Cupping Therapy. As Medical Therapists, we collaborate closely with a number of medical experts such as physiotherapists,  osteopaths, chiropractors, naturopaths, trauma therapy counsellors.

Our Principal therapist/Instructor has over a 34-years experience in the industry. Trained in Myoskeletal Alignment (MAT), Active Release Therapy (ART),  Selective Functional Movement Systems (SFMA) and Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI), her focus has always been to offer a combination of modalities in one session. Following her example and committed to on-going training, our team attends regular workshops both here and overseas to keep up-to-date with the latest information and techniques.
